Traqexa keeps warehouse operations and product-level identity connected while allowing each access technology to do what it does best.
A shared item record
UHF RFID, NFC and QR do not need to store the same character string. They can use different technical representations while resolving to the same item record in Traqexa.
Warehouse intelligence
Raw RFID reads can include duplicate reads and signals from neighbouring locations. Traqexa turns scan sessions into operational inventory records and can use read count, signal strength, time and warehouse location data to improve item search and counting workflows.
API-first connectivity
Traqexa is designed as an operational layer, not a replacement for a customer's ERP or WMS. API connectivity can exchange item, order and inventory data with existing systems.
DPP-ready identity workflows
Traqexa can pass warehouse-established item identity into external Digital Product Passport services. The DPP data model and regulatory service remain with the selected DPP provider.
Ownership workflows
For supported use cases, an item identity can be connected to ownership records through ProdIDPass. This is optional and requires the customer's own ProdIDPass account and API credentials.
Physical and digital trust
For higher-value products, NFC security features can complement visible tamper evidence and item-level identifiers. Final security architecture depends on the selected tag and customer use case.
